For our Almwellness Resort Tuffbad, we are looking for a receptionist (m/f/d) who will enrich our reception team with heart, professional competence and a flair for the extraordinary - and work with us to ensure that our guests feel welcome and valued from the very first minute. Requirements
🔹 Requirements profile - Receptionist (m/f/d)
Professional qualifications
- Completed training in the hotel industry, tourism or comparable qualification
- Professional experience at the hotel reception or in guest service is an advantage
- Confident handling of hotel & reservation software (e.g. Fidelio, Protel or comparable) desirable
- Very good knowledge of German and English, other foreign languages an advantage
- Understanding of processes and interfaces between hotel departments
Personal skills
- Enjoy direct guest contact and cordial communication
- Attentiveness, appreciation and cordiality in dealing with guests and colleagues
- Organizational talent, sense of responsibility and accuracy
- Friendly, professional and solution-oriented demeanor - even in stressful situations
- Flexibility, resilience and team spirit
- Positive charisma and well-groomed appearance
Your role as a receptionist
- You are the first point of contact for our guests - from welcome to departure
- You ensure that check-in, check-out, reservations and guest correspondence run smoothly
- You provide information, fulfill guest requests and communicate our offers with enthusiasm
- You work closely with all departments and contribute to the harmonious running of the hotel
- You live our values - mindfulness, appreciation, humanity, positive thinking, warmth and individuality - and make them tangible for our guests
