Tasks
❤️ YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES – WITH PASSION AND ACCOUNTABILITY
1. Leadership & Team Spirit
- You will lead, motivate, and develop our front desk team.
- You’ll take responsibility for organization, schedules, processes, and quality.
- You’ll identify opportunities for improvement and implement ideas on your own initiative.
- You foster knowledge, personal responsibility, and a respectful working environment.
2. Hospitality & Tuffbad Expertise
- You’re a passionate host and create special vacation moments.
- You know our philosophy, rooms, packages, and offerings inside and out.
- You delight our guests with personalized advice, warmth, and expertise.
- You embody our values and joyfully share them with your team.
3. Sales & Entrepreneurial Thinking
- You recognize sales opportunities and actively capitalize on them.
- You inspire guests with enthusiasm for our rooms, suites, wellness offerings, and additional services.
- You work with booking figures, occupancy rates, prices, and sales targets.
- Together with us, you develop ideas to increase bookings, upsells, and guest satisfaction.
- You think in business terms, are solution-oriented, and results-driven.
4. Digitalization, AI & Innovation
- You’re curious about artificial intelligence and modern work methods.
- You use or are learning to use AI tools for research, analysis, organization, and communication.
- You can critically evaluate numbers and results, verify sources, and prepare well-founded decisions.
- You enjoy working with Excel, digital analytics, and clear dashboards.
- You identify recurring tasks and develop ideas on how we can simplify them using digital tools.
- You use new technologies responsibly—with an eye toward data protection, quality, and human oversight.
5. Communication, Creativity & Social Media
- You have an eye for beautiful images, well-written copy, and our unique Tuffbad visual style.
- You contribute creative ideas for our guest communications and social media activities.
- You help us showcase our offerings and unique vacation experiences.
- You work closely with all departments and always think one step ahead.
Requirements
🌿 WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- Experience working at a hotel front desk, ideally in a leadership role
- A passion for leading a team, organization, and taking on responsibility
- Strong hospitality skills and genuine warmth
- Sales talent and a strong understanding of business
- Proficiency with hotel software and digital applications
- Interest in AI, digitalization, and new developments
- Excellent German and good English skills
- Initiative, decisiveness, and a hands-on approach
- A willingness to learn something new every day and to share your knowledge
