For our Almwellness Resort Tuffbad, we are looking for a Reception Team Leader (m/f/d) who will lead our reception team with heart, professional competence and a flair for the extraordinary - and work with us to ensure that our guests feel welcome and valued from the very first minute. You will live and convey our philosophy: mindfulness, appreciation, humanity, positive thinking, warmth and individuality.

🔹 Requirements profile - Reception team leader (m/f/d)
Professional qualifications
- Completed training in the hotel industry or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience at hotel reception or in guest service, ideally in a managerial role
- Experience in team leadership, rostering, organization and quality management
- Confident handling of hotel & reservation software (e.g. Fidelio, Protel or comparable)
- Very good knowledge of German and English, other foreign languages an advantage
- Understanding of processes and interfaces between hotel departments
Personal skills
- Leadership personality with hands-on mentality and role model effect
- High level of social competence, empathy and enjoyment of direct guest contact
- Attentiveness, appreciation and cordiality in dealing with guests and employees
- Organizational talent, sense of responsibility and strong decision-making skills
- Friendly, professional and solution-oriented demeanor - even in stressful situations
- Flexibility, resilience and team spirit
Your role as reception team leader
- You lead, motivate and support the reception team in daily operations
- You are the first point of contact for our guests - from welcome to departure
- You ensure that check-in, check-out, reservations and guest correspondence run smoothly
- You coordinate communication with all departments and ensure perfect interaction in the hotel
- You continuously develop service quality and guest service together with your team
- You live our values - mindfulness, appreciation, humanity, positive thinking, cordiality and individuality - and convey them to the outside world every day
