Requirements
Your Responsibilities
- Independently managing a service station
- Providing warm and professional advice and service to our guests
- Taking orders and providing professional food and beverage service
- Preparing and serving classic drinks, cocktails, and aperitifs
- Assisting and covering shifts in the bar area
- Mise en place, as well as preparation and cleanup tasks in the restaurant and at the bar
- Responsibility for cleanliness and order in the bar area
- Checking and restocking beverages and bar supplies
- Compliance with hygiene and quality standards
Your Profile
- Experience as a chef de rang or in the restaurant industry is a plus
- Enjoy interacting with guests
- Friendly, well-groomed, and confident demeanor
- Ability to work in a team, reliability, and resilience
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Good knowledge of German; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Language skills
