Requirements
Responsibilities:
• Representing the restaurant
• Ensuring smooth service operations within the station
• Ensuring effective communication between the service team and other departments
• Coordinating service operations with the entire restaurant and the kitchen
• Professional wine service
• Close collaboration with and training of the commis de rang
Professional Qualifications:
• Completed training in the hotel or restaurant industry
• Several years of professional experience in the hospitality industry preferred
• Ability to work in an organized and independent manner
Interpersonal skills:
• Professional demeanor and a well-groomed appearance
• Team-oriented, friendly personality
• Sense of responsibility & commitment
• Service-oriented & quality-conscious
• Ability to handle stress & open-mindedness
