Requirements
Areas of responsibility:
- Representation of the restaurant
- Responsibility for the station's own smooth service process
- Ensuring good communication between service and other departments
- Coordination of the service process with the entire restaurant and kitchen
- Well-kept wine service
- Close cooperation and further training of the Commis de Rang
Professional competence:
- Completed training in the hotel or catering industry
- Several years of professional experience in the hotel industry desired
- Organized, independent work
