- Restaurant representation
- Responsibility for the station's own smooth service process
- Ensure good communication in the service and the other departments
- Coordination of the service flow with the entire restaurant and the kitchen
- Cultivated wine service
- Close cooperation and further training of the Commis de Rang
Expertise
- Completed training in the hotel industry or gastronomy
- Several years of professional experience in the hotel industry desired
- Organized, independent work
