To strengthen our kitchen team, we are looking for a dedicated Sous Chef ( m/f/d) starting in December who, together with our Head Chef, will ensure first-class culinary experiences. At our hotel, you can expect a dynamic work environment where you can apply your professional expertise, creativity, and leadership experience.
Requirements
Your Responsibilities
- Assisting the head chef with the organization and management of the kitchen
- Sharing responsibility for ensuring smooth kitchen operations
- Preparing high-quality dishes at all stations
- Developing and preparing desserts, sweet dishes, and pastry products
- Quality control and compliance with hygiene regulations
- Guiding and supporting the kitchen team
What you bring to the table
- Completed training as a chef and several years of professional experience
- Experience as a sous chef or in a comparable position is a plus
- Strong skills in pastry and dessert creation
- Creativity, a commitment to quality, and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team, organizational skills, and a sense of responsibility
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
- Language skills
German
