BAR & RESTAURANT MANAGER (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• A warm and welcoming host – greeting and assisting our guests 
• Preparing and serving cocktails, drinks, meals, and snacks 
• Responsibility for the cash register, daily closing, and inventory 
• Leading, training, and motivating your team 
• Ensuring smooth operations and high quality standards

YOUR PROFILE:

• Education in the hospitality industry: Completed apprenticeship or Higher Vocational School for Tourism (HLF) or comparable qualification
• Professional experience: At least 2 years of experience in a comparable position in the restaurant or hotel industry
• Service quality & customer focus: High standards for excellent service and a strong customer focus
• Sense of responsibility: Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility in daily operations
• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Strong communication skills: Open, friendly, and communicative manner when interacting with guests and colleagues
• Language Skills: Fluent in German and English; additional foreign languages are a plus (e.g., French, Spanish)
