Hotel and Hospitality Assistant (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Hotel and Hospitality Assistant Apprentice (m/f/d) starting in May 2026 or by agreement. Full-time, 40 hours per week // 5 days

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US

The Hotel & Villa Auersperg is a privately owned boutique hotel in the center of Salzburg. In our kitchen, we prioritize high-quality ingredients, regional sourcing, and culinary craftsmanship. Breakfast is a central part of our establishment, complemented by light meals and special events. We work in a close-knit team with clear processes and a respectful work environment.

YOUR TRAINING

During your 3-year apprenticeship, you will learn all the fundamental aspects of service and front desk operations:

You will be gradually introduced to your responsibilities and will actively participate from the very beginning.
