RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Development and implementation of smart, market-oriented revenue strategies
  • Optimizing pricing, inventory, and channel mix to boost performance
  • Maintaining OTA, GDS, and sales relationships to increase direct bookings
  • Analysis of key KPIs (ADR, RevPAR, occupancy) as a basis for decision-making
  • Forecasting demand and coordinating with management
  • Conducting regular competitive analyses
  • Drafting corporate contracts with travel agencies
  • Creative development of packages
  • Supporting the reservations department in creating and processing reservations
  • Training the reception team in empathetic sales techniques

 

Requirements

  • Experience in revenue management in the hospitality industry
  • Degree in hotel management, business administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency in key systems: MEWS (PMS), Rateboard (RMS), Siteminder (CM)
  • Proficiency in revenue management software and data analysis tools
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking combined with creativity and innovation in revenue planning
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in German and English
