TASKS:
- Development and implementation of intelligent, market-oriented sales strategies
- Optimization of pricing, inventory and channel mix to increase performance
- Maintaining OTA, GDS and distribution relationships to increase direct bookings
- Analysis of important KPIs (ADR, RevPAR, occupancy) as a basis for decisions
- Forecasting demand and coordinating with management
- Carrying out regular competition analyses
- Creation of corporate travel agency contracts
- Creative development of packages
- Supporting the reservations department in creating & processing reservations
- Training of the reception team for an understanding sale
Requirements
- Experience in revenue management in the hotel industry
- Degree in hotel management, business administration or a related field
- Knowledge of the most important systems: MEWS (PMS), Rateboard (RMS), Siteminder (CM)
- Confident with revenue management software and data analysis tools
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking with creativity and innovation in revenue planning
- High attention to detail and the ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent German and English
- Language skills
