RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Development and implementation of smart, market-oriented revenue strategies
- Optimizing pricing, inventory, and channel mix to boost performance
- Maintaining OTA, GDS, and sales relationships to increase direct bookings
- Analysis of key KPIs (ADR, RevPAR, occupancy) as a basis for decision-making
- Forecasting demand and coordinating with management
- Conducting regular competitive analyses
- Drafting corporate contracts with travel agencies
- Creative development of packages
- Supporting the reservations department in creating and processing reservations
- Training the reception team in empathetic sales techniques
Requirements
- Experience in revenue management in the hospitality industry
- Degree in hotel management, business administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in key systems: MEWS (PMS), Rateboard (RMS), Siteminder (CM)
- Proficiency in revenue management software and data analysis tools
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking combined with creativity and innovation in revenue planning
- High attention to detail and the ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in German and English
- Language skills
