Requirements
- Operational management of the restaurant area and ensuring smooth operations
- Responsibility for guest satisfaction and for maintaining our service and quality standards
- Leading, motivating, and training the service team
- Creating work schedules
- Training of employees
- Maintaining data in the restaurant and/or cash register
- Inventory and order management for the restaurant
- Proper handling of accounting procedures (cash register closing, revenue, tip distribution)
- Language skills
