Description
The Hotel Schwarzbrunn is a renowned 4-star superior hotel in Tyrol, known for its first-class hospitality and its exclusive wellness and spa facilities. To strengthen our team, we are seeking a dedicated SPA Manager (m/f/d) who will use their passion, expertise, and organizational skills to further develop our wellness facilities to the highest standards.
Requirements
Your responsibilities:
- Management and organization of the entire spa and wellness area
- Responsibility for planning and implementing the treatment offerings
- Ensuring excellent guest service and satisfaction
- Leading, motivating, and training the spa team
- Coordination with other departments (Reception, Housekeeping, F&B)
- Monitoring compliance with hygiene standards and quality guidelines
- Purchasing and managing spa products and supplies
- Developing new concepts and offerings to enhance guest satisfaction
What you bring to the table:
- Completed training in wellness, cosmetology, massage, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the spa sector, ideally in a leadership role
- Organizational skills, a hands-on approach, and a keen sense of guest needs
- Leadership skills and experience in team management
- Business acumen and experience with budget and revenue planning
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Language skills
