We are looking for a motivated Chef de Rang bar attendant with CASHIER DUTIES. In this role, you will independently manage the bar, including the small terrace, during the afternoon and evening hours. With your friendly demeanor, you will create a pleasant atmosphere and assist our guests with advice and guidance in selecting their beverages. Your Responsibilities:
- Independently managing the bar
- Attending to guests and taking drink orders
- Preparing and serving drinks
- Collecting payments and processing room charges
- Assisting in the restaurant during peak hours
Requirements
- Experience in Customer Service
- Team player
- Friendly andconfident demeanor
- You’reno stranger to guest- and service-oriented approaches
- Serving 3- or 4-course meals is no problem
- Good command of German
- Basic knowledge of English
- Experience with Orderman and handling payments is a plus
- Mixing simple cocktails
- Experience preparing simple standard drinks
- Language skills
