Bartender (m/f/d)

Full-time, permanent position

Your Role: Curator of the Evening

You’ll take the stage on your own within the venue’s ensemble: the bar. While the show continues in the restaurant, you’ll set your own tone here. With professional skill, a calm presence, and a keen sense of people, you’ll shape the atmosphere. You know when to take center stage—and when to deliberately step back. This creates a place with character that rounds out the overall experience of the evening.

Your Responsibilities:

Preparing and serving high-quality beverages
Preparing for and wrapping up bar operations, setting up the necessary mise en place
Ensuring order, cleanliness, and organization in the bar area
Providing personalized, attentive service to guests at the bar and advising them on beverage selections
Entering all orders into the point-of-sale system and performing accurate cash register settlements
Working closely with the service manager and service team

Requirements

Your Profile:

Experience as a bartender in the upscale bar/service sector, ideally in the 4- or 5-star hotel industry
Excellent product and sales knowledge
Additional qualifications, such as a spirits sommelier certification, are a plus
Friendly, charming demeanor
A structured and meticulous approach to work, with a passion for quality and attention to detail
Well-groomed appearance, positive and engaging demeanor
Very good command of German and English; knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus

Work permit: Must have a work permit (or be an EU citizen)

Monthly salary: 2165 €
Salary type: gross
Additional salary information: The minimum gross salary under the collective bargaining agreement is €2,165.00 per month on a full-time basis. Depending on qualifications and relevant professional experience, a significant salary premium is provided.
