Restaurant & Bar Service Associate (m/f/d)

Full-time or part-time, permanent position

Your Role: The Star of the Service Team

You’ll be on center stage every evening—in direct contact with our guests. As a service staff member, you’re our host and the face of the establishment. With attentiveness, charm, and a keen sense of timing and atmosphere, you’ll ensure that every interaction makes our guests feel welcome, valued, and well taken care of.

Your Responsibilities:

Providing warm, professional service to our guests in the restaurant and bar areas
Actively advising guests on food and beverages with the utmost expertise
Ensuring a smooth, organized service flow
Attention to detail and individual guest requests
Mise en place, as well as preparing and cleaning up the service area
Close collaboration with the kitchen, service management, and the team

Requirements

Your Profile:

Completed training in the hospitality/restaurant industry
Several years of experience as a Chef de Rang in a 4- or 5-star hotel is a plus
Strong service orientation and a passion for working with people
Knowledge of wine is a plus
Friendly, natural demeanor; attentive and reliable
Team spirit and a willingness to help
Very good German and good English skills

C1 (advanced knowledge)

Work permit: Must have a work permit (or be an EU citizen)
Working time: Full-time

Salary type: gross
Additional salary information: The minimum gross salary under the collective bargaining agreement is €2,165.00 per month on a full-time basis. Depending on qualifications and relevant professional experience, a significant salary premium is provided.
