To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated individual to join us in the fall of 2026 as:
Restaurant/Bar Manager (m/f/d)
Full-time, permanent position
Your Role: Director of Service
As Restaurant/Bar Manager, you lead the team. You set the structure and pace, coordinate operations, and ensure that quality shines through in every “scene.”
Your Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for service in the restaurant and bar areas
- Ensuring a consistently high level of service and quality
- Attention to detail, timing, and atmosphere
- Discreet and professional handling of guest requests and concerns
- Serving as a role model in interactions with guests: warm, confident, and attentive
- Organizing workflows and shift schedules
- Leading, training, and developing the service team
- Close collaboration with the kitchen, front desk, and management
- Supervising and training apprentices and interns
Requirements
Your Profile:
- Several years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the 5-star hotel industry
- A strong understanding of high-quality, contemporary, and excellent service
- In-depth knowledge of wine and a passion for actively advising guests
- Strong leadership skills, organizational talent, and a motivational approach to working with employees
- Professional demeanor, ability to handle pressure, and a high degree of personal responsibility; well-groomed appearance
- Very good command of German and English; knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus
Language skills
German C2 (excellent knowledge)
English C1 (advanced knowledge)
Work permit
Must have a work permit (or be an EU citizen)

Employment & Salary
2641 € gross / month
The minimum gross salary under the collective bargaining agreement is €2,641.00 per month on a full-time basis. Depending on qualifications and relevant professional experience, a significant premium is provided.
