We are a small 4-star gourmet hotel and spoil our guests with culinary delights of the highest standard. We are looking for a new sous-chef to join our kitchen team for the summer season. We would be delighted to welcome you to our team as a motivated and quality-conscious employee.
Requirements
If you already have experience in fine dining and are looking to further your career, then you’ve come to the right place. A solid foundation in culinary training is, of course, a prerequisite for us. However, what matters most to us is your passion for the work, your willingness and motivation to learn new things, and your desire to delight our guests with culinary delights. Our restaurant has frequently received excellent reviews for its cuisine (e.g., Falstaff, Gault Millau, a la carte). Above all, however, our regular guests are consistently very enthusiastic about our food.
