Bar Assistant (m/f/d)

As a Commis de Bar at the Hotel Gassner, you’ll be part of a warm and professional service team and will ensure that our guests feel completely at ease—both at the bar and in the restaurant. Start date: December 11, 2026, through Easter Monday 2027 

Your responsibilities:

- Independently managing bar operations two days a week during the late shift in the absence of the bar manager—preparing high-quality cocktails, long drinks, and aperitifs using your expertise—Providing personalized service and advice to our guests at the bar in a relaxed atmosphere—Ensuring cleanliness, order, and compliance with our quality and hygiene standards

Additional services:

- Assisting as a Chef de Rang in the dining room on the remaining days - Providing breakfast service for our hotel guests - Assisting with evening service, managing your own station, and interacting directly with guests - Providing expert recommendations on food and beverages as part of our gourmet cuisine
