As a Chef de Rang, you are a key point of contact for our guests. You combine a professional approach to service with a warm, personal presence and ensure that our guests feel welcome from the very first moment.
You work in an environment where cuisine, wine and bar culture, and ambiance all come together—and you play an active role in shaping this experience anew every day.
What you'll be doing here:
- Managing Your Service Station Independently
- Warm hospitality and personalized service for our domestic and international guests
- Expert recommendations for dishes, as well as wine and beverage pairings
- Close collaboration with our Head of Wine & Service, Kathi Gnigler, on the further development of beverage culture
- Execution of all service procedures—from mise en place to billing
- Ensuring a smooth, high-quality service process
- Compliance with Our Quality and Hygiene Standards
- Sharing Your Knowledge with Younger Team Members
What you bring to the table:
- You already have several years of experience in the fine dining sector.
- Additional qualifications in wine and beverage culture are a plus.
- You stand out for your strong communication skills and passion for customer service.
- You have a very good command of German and English.
- A strong commitment to service, excellent manners, and a well-groomed appearance come naturally to you.
- In this role, you will work independently and efficiently.
- You identify with the philosophy of Gröller Hospitality and enjoy bringing our brand to life for our guests.

- We offer a significantly higher salary, depending on your qualifications and experience. For legal reasons, we are required to note that the minimum salary for this position, as stipulated in the collective bargaining agreement, is €2,477.00 gross based on a full-time workweek of 40 hours. This position is subject to the collective bargaining agreement for the hotel and hospitality industry.
