We are looking for a**Chef de Partie** (m/f/d) to join our team at AlpenParks Hotel & Apartment Arlberg.

Your responsibilities

• Motivation – part of a motivated and professional kitchen team
• Focus – Austrian cuisine and international classics
• Mise en Place – Carefully preparing dishes and products
• Resilience & flexibility – Keeping a cool head even in stressful situations
• Cleanliness – Well-groomed appearance and tidy work

Your profile

• Completed training – You are a trained chef and contribute your expertise.
• Professional experience in the à la carte sector – you are familiar with the procedures in fine dining
• Sense of responsibility & initiative – You work independently and take responsibility
• Team spirit & strong communication skills – you enjoy working as part of a kitchen team
• Hygiene – Clean working practices and compliance with hygiene standards are a matter of course for you.
• German language skills – for clear communication within the team and with service colleagues
• Quick comprehension – you grasp new processes and recipes quickly
• Clean working – We attach great importance to a well-maintained and clean house.
