Description
Are you passionate about alpine tourism and want to offer guests unforgettable experiences? Then we are looking for you asa **host/hostess** ( m/f/d) for our location in Hochkönig.
Our location at Hochkönig consists of:👉 👉
Together, they manage a portfolio of 59 apartments with a total of approximately 230 beds. Both establishments are synonymous with Alpine hospitality, high quality standards, and the unique AlpenParks experience—from active vacations in summer to winter fun in the Hochkönig ski area.
At AlpenParks, you will work alongside a team of experts from marketing and sales, HR, operations, accounting, tax consulting, F&B, investor relations, and tourism—all with the goal of getting the most out of our locations.
Your responsibilities
- Operational management: Overall responsibility for the Mühlbach & Dienten locations, including both hotels
- Warm hospitality: Personal contact person for our guests
- Employee management: training, scheduling, and team leadership
- Quality management: Ensuring and further developing our standards across both facilities
- Daily business: Cooperation and responsibility for smooth operations
- Marketing & Sales: Implementation of measures to retain and attract guests
- Budget responsibility: Adherence to the specified budget
- Cooperation: Concluding contracts with distribution partners and suppliers
Your profile
- Education & Experience: Completed training or several years of (management) experience in tourism
- Language skills: Very good knowledge of German and English
- Strong communication skills: Friendly, professional manner toward guests, colleagues, and supervisors
- Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts and weekends
- Appearance: Well-groomed, confident, and service-oriented appearance
- Personal strengths: Quality awareness, accuracy, reliability, resilience, and enthusiasm
- Working style: Independent, organized, and solution-oriented
