Operations Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated **Host** (m/f/d) for one of our new future AlpenParks locations.

At AlpenParks, you will work together with a team of experts from Marketing & Sales, HR, Operations, Accounting, Tax, F&B, Investor Relations and Tourism - with the aim of getting the best out of every location.

Your tasks

• Operational management - responsibility for the respective AlpenParks location
• Cordial host role - personal contact for our guests
• Employee management - induction, duty planning and management of the team
• Quality management - compliance with and further development of standards
• Day-to-day business - cooperation and responsibility for smooth operations
• Marketing & sales - implementation of measures to retain and attract guests
• Budget responsibility - adherence to the specified budget
• Cooperations - contracts concluded with sales partners and suppliers

Your profile

• Education & experience - Completed training or several years of (management) experience in tourism
• Language skills - Very good knowledge of German and English
• Strong communication skills - professional demeanor towards guests, colleagues and superiors
• Flexibility - willingness to work shifts and weekends
• Appearance - well-groomed, confident and service-oriented appearance
• Personal strengths - quality awareness, accuracy, reliability, resilience and commitment
• Working style - Independent, organized and solution-oriented
