We are looking for a dedicated Chef de Partie (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible .

 

Your responsibilities:
  • Management and organization of a specific kitchen station, such as Entremetier, Saucier, Pâtissier, Rôtisseur, or Gardemanger.
  • Planning, organizing, and carrying out daily tasks in the assigned position; preparing meals according to the head chef’s instructions.
  • Responsible for storage, inventory management, and ordering the necessary ingredients and supplies in a timely manner.
  • Submitting suggestions for new dishes and helping to plan menus and special events.
  • Supervising and training commis chefs, sous chefs, and apprentices in your department.
  • Close coordination with the other station chefs and kitchen management to ensure that everything runs smoothly in the kitchen.
  • Compliance with hygiene and safety standards in accordance with HACCP; maintenance and cleaning of the workstation and kitchen equipment.

 

Your profile:
  • Completed training as a chef and several years of professional experience in fine dining, ideally in various roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of the specific area for which the chef de partie is responsible.
  • Organizational skills, resilience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creativity and a passion for high-level cooking.
  • A strong sense of responsibility and leadership skills.
