Requirements
- Completed training in the hospitality industry or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in reservations, ideally in the upscale hospitality industry
- Initial leadership experience or a desire to take on responsibility
- Strong numerical aptitude, analytical thinking, and a good sense of the market
- A structured, independent work style and organizational skills
- Friendly, confident demeanor and a strong service orientation
- Very good German and good English skills
- Language skills
