As reservations manager, you will take on a key position in our hotel and ensure that inquiries are turned into enthusiastic guests - from the first contact to arrival.
Requirements
- Completed training in the hotel industry or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in reservations, ideally in the upscale hotel industry
- Initial management experience or the desire to take on responsibility
- Very good knowledge of hotel software (e.g. Opera, Protel or similar)
- Affinity for numbers, analytical thinking and a good feel for the market
- Structured, independent way of working and organizational talent
- Friendly, confident demeanor and strong service orientation
- Very good German and good English skills
- Language skills
