We offer a 5-day week of 45 hours!

Gross salary of € 3100.00 - overpayment depending on experience and qualifications! E-BMW by arrangement!

As Chef de Partie and 2nd Sous chef you are an important part of our kitchen crew - creative, organized and always with attention to detail. you love to take responsibility and pass on your knowledge to apprentices, and bring your own signature to our organic dishes? then we look forward to welcoming you to our team!

Requirements

Your tasks

  • Independent management of your kitchen post
  • Implementation and creative co-design of our organic cuisine
  • You are a person of pleasure and pass on our message to our guests
  • Close cooperation with the head chef & coordination with other positions
  • Support with orders, goods receipt & quality control
  • Ensuring our high standards of hygiene and presentation

  • Completed training as a chef with LAP
  • Several years of professional experience - ideally already as a chef de partie
  • Passion for organic products, regionality & creative cuisine
  • Organizational talent, quality awareness & team spirit
