Depending on seasonal demand and the time of year, your responsibilities will include:

  • Mise en place and plating at the station
  • Responsible management of your area of responsibility
  • Setting up and staffing buffets
  • Ideas and input on menu planning
  • Responsible Food Processing
  • Receiving and Inspecting Deliveries
  • Keeping cold storage facilities and warehouses organized
  • Careful handling of machinery and equipment
  • Cleanliness in the Workplace

 

Professional and personal requirements:

  • Awareness of the importance of a positive guest experience and service quality
  • Training as a chef or equivalent professional experience
  • A passion for the culinary arts
  • Creativity and a focus on solutions
  • Strong teamwork skills and a high level of commitment
  • An attitude of appreciation toward food
  • Excellent knowledge of HACCP guidelines
  • A strong commitment to quality
  • Languages: Excellent German skills; English skills are a plus
  • Good manners and a neat appearance
