Your tasks will depend on the seasonal workload and time of year:

• Mise en place work and serving at the post
• Responsible organization of your area of responsibility
• Set-up and supervision of buffets
• Ideas and collaboration in menu design
• Responsible food processing
• Acceptance and control of deliveries
• Keeping cold stores and storage rooms tidy
• Careful handling of machines and equipment
• Cleanliness in the workplace

Professional and personal requirements:

• Awareness of positive guest experience and service quality
• Training as a chef or corresponding professional experience
• Passion for the craft of cooking
• Creativity and solution orientation
• High team spirit and commitment
• Appreciative attitude towards food
• Very good knowledge of HACCP guidelines
• Distinct quality standards
• Languages: Very good knowledge of German, knowledge of English is an advantage
• Good manners and well-groomed appearance
