Our family-run Hotel Ramsi is located in the Gail Valley in Carinthia, between Nassfeld and Hermagor. With dedication and enthusiasm, we make the vacation dreams of up to 40 guest families come true, offering them unique experiences in nature and treating them to culinary delights. Requirements
What you bring to the table:
- A friendly demeanor toward guests and coworkers
- Attention to detail and reliability, as well as a passion for working with food
- Reliability and a sense of responsibility
- Confidence in using kitchen and work equipment
Your responsibilities:
- Preparing dinner menus and buffets
- Working independently in various kitchen areas
- Accommodating the dietary needs of guests with allergies and children
- Adherence to the applicable hygiene protocol
- Monitoring responsibilities: inventory, hygiene, and optimal food utilization
- Communicating with kitchen staff, the restaurant team, and supervisors
Experience
1 Jahr Work experience
Language skills
German B2 (good intermediate level)
Work permit
EU citizens are given priority (no permit required)

Employment & Salary
3382 € gross / month
Starting at €2,424 net, based on the collective bargaining wage and a wage premium for a 5.5-day/week, 44-hour workweek. Plus vacation allowance and Christmas bonus. Additional pay for extra qualifications. If needed: Contribution toward the cost of a “single room with kitchen/bathroom/toilet” in the new employee housing, Ramsi Lodge—€120 net per month (including utilities).
