Our family-run Hotel Ramsi is located in the Gail Valley in Carinthia, between Nassfeld and Hermagor. With dedication and enthusiasm, we make the vacation dreams of up to 40 guest families come true, offering them unique experiences in nature and treating them to culinary delights. Your responsibilities:
- Breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, including plate service and wine pairing
- Responsibility for the respective station, including mise en place
- Final inspection of the dining rooms and buffet areas in the restaurant
- Working independently
- Guest relations
- Acting as a substitute for the department manager
- Training of apprentices
- Management of staff
- Cleaning duties in the restaurant area
- Assisting with day-to-day bar operations
- Processing orders
Experience
1 Jahr Work experience
< 1 Jahr Leadership experience
Language skills
English B1 (Intermediate)
German B2 (good intermediate level)
Work permit
EU citizens are given priority (no permit required)

Employment & Salary
3316 € gross / month
Starting at €2,383 net, based on the collective bargaining wage and a wage premium for a 5.5-day/week, 44-hour workweek. Plus vacation allowance and Christmas bonus. Additional pay for extra qualifications. If needed: Contribution toward the cost of a “single room with kitchen/bathroom/toilet” in the new employee housing, Ramsi Lodge—€120 net per month (including utility costs)
