Our family-run Hotel Ramsi is located in the Gail Valley in Carinthia, between Nassfeld and Hermagor. With dedication and enthusiasm, we make the vacation dreams of up to 40 guest families come true, offering them unique experiences in nature and treating them to culinary delights. Well-groomed appearance
Your responsibilities:
- Breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, including plate service and wine pairing
- Responsibility for the respective station, including mise en place
- Final inspection of the dining rooms and buffet areas in the restaurant
- Working independently
- Guest relations
- Acting as a substitute for the department manager
- Training of apprentices
- Management of staff
- Cleaning duties in the restaurant area
- Assisting with day-to-day bar operations
- Processing orders
Experience
1 Jahr Work experience
< 1 Jahr Leadership experience
Language skills
German B2 (good intermediate level)
English B1 (Intermediate)
Work permit
EU citizens are given priority (no permit required)

Employment & Salary
2858 € gross / month
Starting at a net salary of €2,084 plus a collective bargaining premium for a 5-day/week, 40-hour workweek. Plus vacation allowance and Christmas bonus. Additional pay for extra qualifications. If needed: Contribution toward the cost of a “single room with kitchen/bathroom/toilet” in the new Ramsi Lodge employee housing: €120 net per month (including utilities)
