  • Station Management: Independently managing and organizing your assigned kitchen station (Entremetier, Saucier, or Gardemanger).
  • Preparation: Professional and creative preparation, as well as visually appealing presentation of all dishes.
  • Mise en Place: Careful preparation of all necessary ingredients and equipment for daily operations.
  • Quality Control: Careful and economical handling of food and raw ingredients.
  • Hygiene: Consistent adherence to HACCP guidelines, maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace. 

👤 Your Profile

  • Education: Successfully completed vocational training as a chef.
  • Experience: Initial professional experience in a comparable position or a motivated entry-level candidate immediately after completing an apprenticeship.
  • Work Ethic: Team spirit, reliability, resilience, and a strong commitment to quality.
  • Languages: Good command of German to ensure smooth communication within the team.
  • Passion: A genuine love for the profession and the motivation to learn new things.

Who we are: A family-run business with 70–75 rooms and space for up to 245 guests —primarily families with young children. In addition, we regularly host:

  • family celebrations and events
  • Corporate events
  • Culinary theme nights and buffets

 

Our cuisine emphasizes seasonal, regional, and traditional dishes —with a strong commitment to quality and freshness.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Preparing dishes at a specific station (e.g., garde-manger, saucier, entremetier)
  • Assisting the Chef de Cuisine
  • Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness
  • Preparing mise en place
  • Performing all types of assigned tasks
