As Commis de Cuisine (m/f/d) at DAS KRONTHALER you will ensure that,

• Support our kitchen brigade in preparing and serving food to the highest standard.
• Mise-en-place work is carried out carefully and efficiently.
• the quality and hygiene standards (HACCP) are complied with at all times.
• fresh products are professionally processed, stored and prepared.
• cooperation between the posts functions smoothly.
• You actively contribute to the culinary experience of our guests through your commitment.

You bring the following with you

• Completed training as a chef or first practical experience in a comparable position.
• Basic knowledge of classic and modern cuisine.
• Enjoy working with high-quality, fresh products.
• Understanding of clean, organized and economical work.
• Willingness to learn new things and develop further.
• Enthusiasm for gastronomy and culinary creativity.
• Ability to work in a team and enthusiasm.
• Resilience and flexibility, even in hectic situations.
• Reliability and a sense of responsibility.
• Motivation to deliver the highest quality in an upmarket environment.
• Good written and spoken German and English.
