As a reservations clerk (m/f/d) at DAS KRONTHALER, you will ensure that...

• our guests are well looked after even before they arrive and feel welcome from the very first contact
• Inquiries by phone and email are handled competently, friendly, and efficiently.
• individual offers are created and actively tracked
• Bookings are correctly recorded and maintained in the system
• a smooth flow of information between reception and other departments is ensured
• our high service and quality philosophy is already evident in the reservation process

You bring the following with you

• Completed training in tourism or relevant professional experience in reservations or front office
• Very good written and spoken German skills (prerequisite)
• Good English skills, other foreign languages are an advantage
• structured, precise, and independent way of working
• strong service and sales orientation
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interacting with guests
• Knowledge of the Protel PMS system is an advantage.
• Team spirit, commitment, and sense of responsibility
