As a Night Auditor (m/f/d) at DAS KRONTHALER, you will ensure that

• our guests experience first-class service of the highest standard even at night
• the smooth running of all nightly front office processes is ensured
• Check-ins and check-outs are carried out professionally, in a friendly and efficient manner.
• You are the first point of contact for guests' concerns, requests, and any complaints during the night.
• Safety inspections are carried out and compliance with all safety standards is monitored.
• daily business is completed correctly (daily closing, cash register checks, settlements)
• Reservations are processed and inquiries are answered competently by phone and email.
• all relevant reports and handovers for the early shift are carefully prepared
• Administrative tasks are performed conscientiously and systems are maintained.
• As a host, you contribute significantly to the feel-good atmosphere in the house.

You bring the following with you

• Completed training in the hotel industry or relevant professional experience at the front desk
• Ideally, experience working night shifts/as a night auditor
• Very good German language skills and good written and spoken English skills
• Solid computer skills (PMS "Protel," MS Office is a plus)
• a high degree of responsibility and reliability
• Independent, structured, and precise working style
• Friendly, professional demeanor and strong service orientation
• Resilience, discretion, and decisiveness
• Flexibility regarding working hours (night work, weekends, holidays)
• Ability to work in a team and a positive attitude
