Description
Fancy cooking up a storm? As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for a station in the kitchen and will independently prepare our high-quality dishes. With several years of cooking experience, you will ensure quality and taste. You will work closely with the sous-chef and head chef and assist with preparation and organization.

- The organization and preparation of meals for an entire ward
- Teamwork & cooperation within the hot & cold kitchen
- Ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the assigned work area and cold store according to the specified schedule at the beginning of the season
- Compliance with HACCP regulations during the entire work process.
- Cooking at the show kitchen
- Collaboration with colleagues in menu development
- Supporting the head chef & sous chef in optimizing processes
- No waste principle: minimization of food waste
