Fancy cooking up a storm? As Demi Chef de Partie, you are the Chef de Partie's right-hand man and support the station in organizing and preparing our high-quality dishes. With several years of cooking experience, you will ensure quality and taste. You will work closely with the entire kitchen team and ensure that our guests have a culinary experience.

What we would like to entrust you with:
- Supporting the Chef de Partie in the organization and preparation of meals for a station
- Teamwork & cooperation within the hot & cold kitchen
- Mise-en-place work to ensure the smooth running of your station
- Ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the assigned work area and cold store in accordance with the specified layout at the start of the season
- Compliance with HACCP regulations during the entire work process
- Cooking in the show kitchen
- No waste principle: minimization of food waste
