Your responsibilities
Responsibility for the quality at all posts and areas of the kitchen
Managing the kitchen in the absence of the kitchen manager
Mise en Place according to specifications and agreement with kitchen management
Preparation of food on the assigned post
Compliance with hygiene and HACCP standards and control
Monitoring the quality of the prepared and served food in terms of taste and appearance
daily control of food for perfect condition
Assistance with the training of apprentices
Your profile
Completed vocational training as a chef / cook

Experience in comparable position
Team spirit
Ability to work under pressure, reliability and punctuality

Do you have knowledge of upscale gastronomy and want to meet the most diverse requirements and wishes of our guests with great attention to detail and creative ideas? You like to work in a team with experienced professionals and want to become part of a successful company?
You work in an organized and independent manner as well as result-oriented. You know the hygienic guidelines and are creative in creating menu and buffet proposals. You like to cook with fresh, regional and seasonal products and food and were able to gain experience in the upscale gastronomy in recent years.
