The TRAUBE BRAZ Alpen.Spa.Golf.Hotel combines tradition with modern comfort. Our 4-star hotel, with 54 rooms and 116 beds, is located at the entrance to the Klostertal valley.

Requirements
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparing meals according to our standards
- Independently organizing your own workstation in the kitchen
- Maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace
- Maintaining order in the cold storage area, as well as monitoring and properly storing goods
- Working creatively and contributing your own ideas
- Responsible handling of food
- Compliance with hygiene standards
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- Completed culinary training—experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Creativity, dedication, and a strong commitment to quality
- Professional expertise and a passion for your work
Experience
1 Jahr Work experience
Language skills
German C2 (excellent knowledge)
Work permit
EU citizens are given priority (no permit required)

Employment & Salary
2600 € gross / month
40 hours / 5-day workweek — Depending on your qualifications and experience, we offer a salary above the minimum wage set by the collective bargaining agreement.
