The TRAUBE BRAZ Alpen.Spa.Golf.Hotel combines tradition with modern comfort. Our 4-star hotel, with 54 rooms and 116 beds, is located at the entrance to the Klostertal valley.

Requirements
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting with the preparation and plating of our dishes
- Working at various stations in the kitchen
- Preparing ingredients for daily service
- Maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace
- Proper storage and careful handling of food
- Compliance with hygiene standards

Experience

Employment & Salary
2300 € gross / month
40 hours / 5-day workweek — Depending on your qualifications and experience, we offer a salary above the minimum wage set by the collective bargaining agreement.
