Requirements
Your tasks:
- Cordial host in bar and evening service
- Independently looking after our guests at the bar and in the restaurant
- Preparation, organization & keeping the bar and service office clean
- Professional communication with our guests
- Enthusiasm for organic wines - including participation in further training & wine tours
- Collaboration on a smooth, high-quality service process
What you bring with you
- Training in the catering/hotel industry or relevant professional experience
- Sound knowledge of beverage science, especially in the area of wine
- Enjoy guest contact, communication skills and a confident manner
- Organizational strength, structure and quality awareness
- Confident communication in German & English with guests and colleagues
- Passion for organic, regionality & sustainable hospitality
- Language skills
