YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Independently managing a service station in an upscale restaurant
• Providing professional and warm hospitality to our guests at the highest level
• Providing expert advice on dishes and actively recommending wines that complement the menu
• Presenting, decanting, and serving wines in a professional manner
• Helping to design and maintain the wine list in consultation with restaurant management
• Supervising and supporting a commis de rang
• Assisting with events and special dining experiences
• Ensuring a smooth service flow
• Mise en place and adherence to quality andhygiene standardsYOU’RE A GOOD FIT FOR US IF YOU... 
• have completed an apprenticeship in the restaurant or hospitality industry
• Have experience as a Chef de Rang or in a comparable position
• have in-depth knowledge of wine (sommelier training is a plus)
• Enjoy providing personalized advice to guests and delighting them
• speak excellent German and good English (additional languages are a plus)
• have a confident, well-groomed, and professional demeanor
• demonstrate team spirit, a willingness to go the extra mile, and a strong sense of responsibility
• can keep your composure and stay calm even in stressful situations
• Want to continuously develop your skills
