You’re a great fit for us if you’ve already honed your skills in fine dining as a sous chef. You’re creative, and you value the careful handling of fresh, high-quality ingredients. Organization, staffing, and managing operations come naturally to you. You enjoy taking the lead as a manager and live your passion with enthusiasm. You are happy to take on responsibility, possess sensitivity, and support and shape your team. A positive atmosphere boosts creativity. Your responsibilities: • Organizing kitchen operations • Taking responsibility during the head chef’s absence • Ordering, checking, and monitoring food deliveries • Creating menu plans and à la carte menus • Preparing high-quality dishes and handling ingredients with care • Cost and quality management • Adherence to HACCP hygiene standards • Close collaboration with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
