YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organizing kitchen operations
• Taking charge in the head chef’s absence
• You’ll be our head chef’s right-hand person
• Placing orders, checking, and monitoring food deliveries
• Creating menu plans and à la carte menus 
• Preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes and careful handling of ingredients
• Cost and quality management
• Compliance with HACCP hygiene standards
• Close collaboration with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
