Description
We are a home away from home in the mountains—not only for our guests, but also for our team. Both we as a family and our long-time employees help create a positive work environment.
For the upcoming winter season, we are looking for a Chef de Rang (m/f/d) for our half-board restaurant.
Responsibilities / Main Tasks
- Preparing for service (mise en place), restocking, and cleanup
- Seating, serving, attending to, and advising our guests at your own station
- Thorough knowledge of the food and beverage menu
- Properly entering transactions into the point-of-sale system and preparing bills
Requirements
Qualifications / Requirements
- Completed basic training in customer service and/or in-depth specialized knowledge
- Experience in upscale dining is a plus
- Product knowledge in the area of food and beverages
- Fluency in German and English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- An outgoing personality with good manners and a well-groomed appearance
- Strong resilience and high flexibility, as well as a very meticulous approach to work
- A strong team spirit and a high level of service orientation
