Your Responsibilities: Greeting and assisting guests Managing your own station Setting up and overseeing the various buffets Training and supervising commis chefs and interns Selling beverages and wine, and making wine recommendations Providing wine service Offering expert advice to guests on the beverage and food menu Handling complaints quickly and with a focus on guest satisfaction Sharing responsibility for maintaining order and cleanliness throughout the restaurant Training and mentoring staff
