Description

The Berwanger Hof is a family-run 4-star hotel with a long tradition, built in 1842 and then steadily grown. The hotel has 42 rooms, spread over three buildings: Main House, our Guest House and the Country House. In the main building is our restaurant which is also open for á la carte guests. On approx. 1000 square meters our AlpenSpa offers a pampering area with panoramic swimming pool, sauna/wellness area and seven treatment rooms.

Requirements

we would like you to

you have completed training as a hotel specialist or restaurant specialist
Experience in the hotel/catering industry
Ability to work in a team
Enjoy your job
Motivation
the ability to learn
Experience in what you do
you speak fluent German (mother tongue or language level at least B2, better C1/C2)
a completed training in the hotel industry would be great
We would like you to have a good command of written and spoken German.
Your tasks
Food and beverage service in the house guest and à la carte area
Supervision of the service station and contact person for guests
active sale of food and beverages
daily set-up of the mise en place
cleaning the restaurant area together as a team (e.g. dusting, vacuuming, etc.)
conscientious handling of all products
you work in a team, are a team player
Through-duty and part-time work possible

Language skills

German

B2 (good intermediate level)

Work permit: Work permit must be available (or EU citizen)
Working time: Full-time

Work experience: 1 Jahr
