To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Chef de Rang to start in September 2026:
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for and management of a station
- Working with one or more Commis de Rang on a section
- Advising and making recommendations to our guests regarding food and beverages
- Wine and beverage service
- Setting up and overseeing a wide variety of buffets
- Mise en place tasks
- Serving meals
- Breakfast service
