We are looking for you to join us as a Chef de Rang in the hotel restaurant starting in early December!

Your responsibilities:

You will be responsible for all aspects of your station in our à la carte restaurant
Managing a section in the half-board restaurant
Serving group guests in the hotel restaurant as well as in event venues such as our B350 ballroom
Collaborating on the implementation and further development of restaurant standards
You will serve and advise our guests with the support of your colleagues
Supervising apprentices and interns

Requirements

Completed vocational training in the hotel or restaurant industry

You have already gained some experience in a similar position

Good knowledge of German and English

Knowledge of wine is a plus

A well-groomed appearance and exemplary manners

Your flexibility, resilience, creativity, and positive attitude round out your profile

Language skills

German

C2 (excellent knowledge)

English

C1 (advanced knowledge)

Work permit: EU citizens are given priority (no permit required)
Working time: Full-time (5 days)

Work experience: 2 Jahre
Leadership experience: 1 Jahr

5-day workweek/45 hours Salary: starting at €2,600 gross Willingness to pay significantly above market rate based on qualifications and experience
