Head Waiter (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Chef de Rang (m/f/d) for the hotel restaurant. Together with a Commis de Rang, you will be responsible for a section with several guests and will primarily handle beverage service. Your responsibilities will also include actively selling wine and making wine recommendations. In addition, you will assist your Commis with food service and with preparing the mise en place.
