Chef de Rang (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Chef de Rang (m/f/d) for the hotel restaurant. Together with a Commis de Rang, you will be responsible for a section with several guests and will primarily handle beverage service. Your responsibilities will also include actively promoting wine sales and making wine recommendations. In addition, you will assist your Commis with food service and preparing the mise en place.
