Description
We are looking for an energetic addition to our service team as a Chef de Rang (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Managing and supervising your own station
- Carrying out all preparatory work for upscale service
- Providing the best possible service to our international guests
- Taking wine and food orders
- Providing wine service
Requirements
What we expect from you:
- Completed training in the hospitality industry
- At least 2 years of professional experience in upscale service
- Ability to work well in a team, flexibility, and the ability to handle pressure
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Knowledge of English and/or French is a plus
- Knowledge of wine
- Language skills
