Description
To provide active support to our kitchen team, we are looking for an apprentice chef (m/f/d) for the upcoming winter season.
P.S.: Our hotel kitchen was completely renovated this fall—we’ve been cooking in our state-of-the-art new Lohberger kitchen since the winter of 2022/2023.
Your responsibilities:
- Providing active support to the Chef de Partie
- Covering the Chef de Partie’s day off
- Proper storage and handling of all raw ingredients and food products
- Maintaining cleanliness and compliance with hygiene regulations (HACCP)
Requirements
What we expect from you:
- Completed training in the restaurant industry
- At least 1 year of professional experience is a plus
- Expertise in fine dining
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility, and resilience
- Ability to work independently
- Punctuality and honesty
- Language skills
