Since the Hotel SONNE, built in 1965, changed hands to the Steindl family in 1988, the well-being of our guests has been our top priority. The Steindl family includes a team of 45 dedicated employees who make vacations an experience.
In the best sunny location in Kirchberg, with a view of the surrounding Brixental mountain landscape and in the direct vicinity of the Gamsstadt Kitzbühel, whose ski area is second to none, we inspire our guests every day anew with living Tyrolean hospitality.
We have 126 rooms and suites, a newly designed 3200m² SPA area with fitness room, indoor pool (7x18m), diverse sauna landscape and spacious rest areas.
Our restaurant with its panoramic windows, two parlors and bar enchants our guests daily with traditional and international cuisine, with a focus on regional products.

YOUR TASKS ..
- Reception and care of our demanding guests on their own station
- Advising guests on the beverage and food offerings
- Leading your own station
- Training and management of Commis
- Fast and guest-oriented handling of complaints
- Proper handling of our cash register system/Orderman
- Professional serving of food and beverages at the table
- Joint responsibility for order & cleanliness throughout the restaurant
YOUR PROFILE ..
- Completed vocational training in the hotel or catering industry
- Several years of professional experience an advantage
- Self-confident, friendly and well-groomed appearance
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility and resilience
- Communication talent
- Languages: German & English spoken and written,
further language skills welcome
- Experience with Micros Fidelio POS system an advantage
