Description
- Daily preparation of the mise-en-place
- Setting tables for the pension guests (breakfast or dinner, no à-la-carte)
- Confident knowledge of food & beverage menu/s
- Professional and correct execution of the food & beverage service
- Proper execution of booking procedures and accounting formalities at the cash desk
- Proper use, care and cleaning of the equipment and materials used
- Responsibility for order and cleanliness in the entire work & restaurant area
- Professional handling of complaints
- Contribution of own ideas & creativity
- Compliance with hygiene guidelines according to HACCP
Requirements
- Several years of practical experience in the hotel industry
- Independent and high-quality way of working
- Well-groomed appearance and friendliness in dealing with guests and colleagues
- Passion for the job as a service employee and in dealing with guests
- Distinct flexibility & ability to work in a team, as well as resilience
- 6-day week desirable
- Language skills
