- Daily preparation of mise en place
- Setting tables for guests (breakfast or dinner, no à la carte)
- Thorough knowledge of the food and beverage menus
- Professional execution of food and beverage service
- Proper handling of booking procedures and billing formalities at the cash register
- Proper use, maintenance, and cleaning of equipment and materials
- Responsibility for order and cleanliness throughout the entire work and restaurant area
- Professional handling of customer complaints
- Contributing your own ideas and creativity
- Compliance with hygiene guidelines in accordance with HACCP
Requirements
- Several years of practical experience in the hospitality industry
- Self-motivated and high-quality work ethic
- A professional demeanor and friendly interaction with guests and colleagues
- Passion for working in the service industry and interacting with guests
- Strong flexibility, teamwork skills, and the ability to handle stress
- A 6-day workweek is preferred
