Your responsibilities:

• Providing warm and professional service and advice to our guests in the restaurant
• Independently managing a section in the evening, serving approximately 25–30 guests, including independently providing beverage, wine, and food service, as well as offering wine recommendations
• Taking and properly relaying food and beverage orders
• Serving Food and Beverages
• Bar service (taking and serving drinks), including Orderman in the Atrium (no cocktails or bartender service) or breakfast service
• Providing expert advice to our guests on selecting food and beverages
• Ensuring a smooth and attentive service experience
• Mise en place, as well as preparation and cleanup tasks in the restaurant
• Setting and clearing the tables
• Responsibility for order, cleanliness, and hygiene in one's own service area
• Actively selling and recommending food and beverages
• Caring for our guests throughout their entire stay
• Collaboration with the kitchen, bar, and the entire service team
• Support for events and special occasions
• Coffee service, including preparation using a portafilter coffee maker

• Full-time position
• Work Hours: 5-day workweek, 9 hours per day (45 hours per week)
